  Wagner Alternators is a recognized leader in the distribution and development of Automotive Electrical Components for alternators and starters in the U.S. and World Wide market. Founded by Michael Wagner in 1976, Wagner had supplied remanufactured alternators and starters to the local Orange County jobber market. Frustated by the lack of quality products available for it's units, Wagner's began importing components directly from the manufacturers. As the news spread about the availablity of quality products at Wagner's, so did the warehouse distribution. As the market trends changed, so did the company's direction.

  There was a great need for quality components in the market place. People were always looking for quality products and service in the automotive industry. Today this is even more critical as the public relies heavily on their cars daily. The only time the public is more upset than with a broken car is when their cable T.V. goes out. It is essential therefore to supply automotive electrical components to the market that are reliable and quality tested.

  It is with this philosophy that Wagner has implemented a strict Quality Control on all of our products. Using design development and quality control methods, our company is able to bring to market new product faster than many other suppliers. We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff and quality products that ensures the continued success of the industry.

  The company currently offers over 30 different product lines of import and domestic automotive electrical components. We supply alternator covers, bearings, brushes, diodes, pulleys, rectifiers, internal voltage regulators, external voltage regulators, small parts, harnesses, repair plugs, brush holders, slip rings, rotors, grease, stators, starter armatures, brushes, bushings, solenoids, solenoid caps, starter drives, starter small parts, starter brush holders, drive springs, caps and rollers. In addition we also carry ignition modules, battery isolators and testing equipment. To propel Wagner into a prominent market position, we will be expanding our domestic components during the next year.
